So the first week of school has ended… I have survived my first week of school. Whaaaat?! From the beginning of this journey to now, so many things came to mind.
I’m finally starting my career, something that I’m proud of. For the first time in my life, I feel like a full-fledged adult. And… For the first time this week I’ve considered converting to drinking coffee in the morning. (I’m more of a tea person. I’ll drink Frappucinos, fancy coffees with chocolate and caramel in it.) I think it was yesterday… Oh, don’t worry. I’m not starting that habit!
Even though I have two degrees, I still have things I want to learn. I’m learning many things and this week alone has seen very insightful. You won’t always be caught up with work because there’s always something to do! It’s so easy to stay 3 hours after your contract time to finish things up… or like 7 o’clock lol. I think it’s all worth it! I’m used to it. Work will not come home with me… on week days lol. I won’t start that habit either!
There are so many things that I could say, but I’ll wait for one on one conversation 😆
Overall, I love my job so far.
